I’m Natalie, a 36 year old wife & mum of 2 teenagers. I started my health & fitness journey 8 years ago with meal replacement shakes & a LOT of cardio! I’m not about to tell you that this didn’t result in significant weight loss but I will tell you that it was unsustainable, unsociable, unenjoyable but most importantly unhealthy. I’m here to teach you that looking good & feeling good isn’t all no carbs, no sugar & endless gruelling gym sessions. There is another way, you CAN have it all....it’s a balance!
